NetEnt’s CFO Lara Falzon Joins Bragg Gaming Group Board

B2B technology supplier, Bragg Gaming Group, announced that Lara Falzon, the operational Chief Financial Officer of NetEnt, was invited to join the company’s board of directors, on March 1, 2021.
Falzon, an industry veteran, will bring her extensive experience as a financial engineer of multi-billion-pound gaming transactions to BGG. Lara Falzon also has experience in NASDAQ listing, which happens to be one of Bragg’s goals for 2021.

While working as the CFO of Red Tiger Gaming, Falzon facilitated and navigated Red Tiger’s sale to NetEnt in 2019 for more than $315 million. More recently, NetEnt reported its earnings increased by 58% in a year, with US market earnings growing to a whopping 313%.

Falzon also played a vital role in the legendary 2020 sale of NetEnt to Evolution — a deal that was worth $2.1 billion.

Adam Arviv, CEO of Bragg Gaming Group, announced that the company is very pleased to have Lara Falzon joining the board, as she has extraordinary experience in the gaming industry. He further stated that Falzon’s background in finance would be instrumental to the company’s growth plan for 2021.
