Account manager in payments department

Responsibilities:

Stay on top of inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs;
To proactively offer relevant payment solutions and make certain that they are delivered in a timely manner;
To evaluate performance of provided payment solutions;
To develop and maintain strong and trustworthy relationships in B2B environment;
Work closely with project managers and compliance team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Experience as an account manager or relevant position;
Advanced English and Russian language skills;
Experience in e-commerce, preferably bank or PSP;
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills;
High sense of responsibility and attention to details;
University degree in finances or relevant industry;
Passion for customer satisfaction.

Desirable:

understanding online gaming industry
knowledge of relevant compliance regulations
