Account manager in payments department

We are looking for a talented Account manager in payments department for participating in existing and new interesting projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay on top of inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs;
  • To proactively offer relevant payment solutions and make certain that they are delivered in a timely manner;
  • To evaluate performance of provided payment solutions;
  • To develop and maintain strong and trustworthy relationships in B2B environment;
  • Work closely with project managers and compliance team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an account manager or relevant position;
  • Advanced English and Russian language skills;
  • Experience in e-commerce, preferably bank or PSP;
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills;
  • High sense of responsibility and attention to details;
  • University degree in finances or relevant industry;
  • Passion for customer satisfaction.

Desirable:

  • understanding online gaming industry
  • knowledge of relevant compliance regulations
