Responsibilities:

  • Higher education (preferably in human resource management or field of psychology).
  • Education and/or work experience in the field of organizational psychology, management psychology (industrial psychology) will be an advantage.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word) skills.
  • Proficiency in the Russian language (spoken and written); knowledge of English is preferable.
  • Great communication skills, ability to form trust-based relations with the management of agencies and services.
  • Practical skills of personnel evaluation and development, ability to identify competence and find strong employees.
  • Experience of applying different interview techniques.
  • Ability to structure the information and highlight the most important details.
  • Ability to think out of the box and maintain a creative approach to solve ordinary tasks.
  • Developed leadership and management competencies.

Requirements:

  • Organize events aimed at efficiency improvement, staff involvement and retention.
  • Conduct interviews and staff evaluation.
  • Participate in meetings on a regular basis with employees and team leads to monitor adaptation and motivation.
  • Control the psychological environment of employees and teams.
  • Support employees, control the burnout at work.
  • Assist in determining staffing needs, support the management in headcount control.
  • Assist in developing a system of non-material incentives for employees.
  • Supervise the employee adaptation process and assessment upon finishing the probation period.
  • Organize and develop training and development systems for employees.
  • Control working discipline in structural departments and adherence of employees to the internal labor regulations.
  • Form a personnel reserve.
  • Work with resigning employees (conducting a questionnaire and interview, making a final clearance).
  • Assist in organizing and conducting team-building events.
  • Develop the corporate culture and internal brand of the company.
  • Develop the means and processes for the efficient management of remote teams.
