Junior Partnerships manager

• bachelors degree, Business Management / Economics preferable;
• excellent command English, both spoken and written. Additional languages will be considered as an advantage;
• professional knowledge of Excel and Microsoft products;
• strong presentation, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
• energetic, enthusiastic and persistent personality;
• ability to work independently and as a team player;
• target-oriented and self-organised person, ability to learn fast, creative mindset, stress resistance;
• demonstrate proactivity by identifying opportunities to improve processes and overall efficiency.

• provide daily support to the management team and maintain a high standard administrative task performance;
• analyse data of partner performance, identify growth opportunities, product tool implementation and performance increase;
• perform market research to define areas of growth and new potential partners;
• preparation of tables and documentation for the development of tasks;
• creation of department procedural documentation;
• newsletters and marketing tasks;
• collection and maintenance of statistics;
• setting and tracking tasks, creating tickets.
