Sales manager (Payment Department)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their payment processing needs and preferences;
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the company;
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional services or solutions to existing clients;
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company;
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Ensure clients are billed correctly and assist with invoice-related inquiries;
  • Assist clients in the implementation and integration of payment solutions into their systems. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding;
  • Regularly review and analyze payment performance data for clients to ensure transactions are processed efficiently and without issues;
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in finance, economics or a similar field;
  • Relevant work experience and experience in the Payment industry are preferred.
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience;
  • Excellent fluent spoken and written English;
  • Preferably knowledge of payments and iGaming industry trends;
  • Good communication, learning ability, strong service awareness;
  • Results focused and highly motivated personality.
