Senior partnership and business development manager

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree Business Management / Economics preferable.
  • At least 2+ years of Customer related experience/ Business Development/ Sales Management / Partnership Management/ Procurement experience. Online Gaming industry and IT experience.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. Additional languages will be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills are crucial for successfully closing and managing partnerships. This includes the ability to create mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ability to analyze data, evaluate partner performance, and use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions is important.
  • Ability to develop and implement a strategic partnership plan that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • The ability to identify and solve issues or challenges within partnerships is important for maintaining successful relationships.
  • Target-oriented and self-organised person, ability to learn fast, creative mindset, stress resistance.
  • Demonstrate proactivity by identifying opportunities to improve processes and overall efficiency for business development and growth.

Requirements:

  • Satisfaction Assurance: Proactively manage daily communication with existing partners to ensure their satisfaction, resolve issues, and strengthen relationships.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Evaluate, negotiate, and close deals with prospective partners, ensuring favorable terms and improving existing partnership conditions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze partner performance data, identify growth opportunities, recommend and implement tools to enhance performance, and continually refine partnership strategies.
  • Information Dissemination: Keep internal teams informed of new partnerships and updates from existing partners, facilitating seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Market Insight: Attend industry functions, including association events and conferences, and provide valuable feedback and insights on market trends and creative developments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential daily support to the management team while maintaining the highest standards of administrative task performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify areas of growth and new potential partners, expanding our network strategically.
  • Market Insight: Attend industry functions, including association events and conferences, and provide valuable feedback and insights on market trends and creative developments to inform strategic decisions.
