Full time job in Riga office
Responsibilities:
- build and implement the strategy of the company’s presence in social media;
- find non-standard yet relevant ways to describe the company’s products and services and form a content plan partnering with the colleagues from Marketing and Product departments;
- analyze the target audience and competitors behavior in digital;
- work out content distribution tactics, test new promotion and engagement tools;
- develop high-quality content (text, image, video) by yourself and/or in collaboration with designers, copywriters photographers/videographers etc.;
- plan and implement special projects with bloggers and influencers;
- interact with the audience (i.e. chat moderation, replying to comments, and negative feedback handling);
- plan and execute impactful advertising campaigns on a variety of platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, Twitter etc.);
- analyze metrics and correct campaigns to achieve target goals.
Requirements:
- have 1-3 years of experience in both Social Media Management and targeted advertising;
- bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, linguistics or a related field;
- can show a portfolio of projects to illustrate your success in doing SMM and targeted ads for a B2B product/company;
- are well-aware of the online platforms toolkit and keep an eye for current trends;
- know what brand attributes are and how to grow them with SMM;
- proficient in using social media monitoring tools and analytical systems;
- have worked with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Telegram Ads etc.
- know the key metrics of the campaign effectiveness and can optimize them;
- can talk and write in an excellent English and Russian;
- practice out-of-the-box thinking;
- to some extent, have an eye of an artist;
- truly enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and in situations of mild uncertainty.
- proven track record in the iGaming/tech industry.
