Evolution Gaming Rebrands to Become Known as Evolution

The world’s leading live casino software developer, Evolution Gaming, can’t keep still and is always looking for ways to broaden its influence and wield more clout in the iGaming market. Following the move to purchase a fellow casino software provider NetEnt for a whopping £1.6 billion, Evolution Gaming has rebranded to just Evolution.

The company believes that the new name is more in line with the diversified company operations that go beyond online gaming offers to include software development, innovative technological solutions, and the exclusive design of live casino studios. Therefore, this name suits the company perfectly. With its first live casino game released, Evolution Gaming set in motion the evolution of online casino gaming and continues to pave the way in that segment of the industry. Before Evolution came into play, the live dealer games were not as engaging, vivid, or similar to those seen in land-based casinos of Las Vegas and Macao.

As of October the 1st, 2020 Evolution Gaming will be known as Evolution. The change will come into effect immediately in all lines of communication with the partners, digital platforms, such as SoftGamings, featuring the brand, as well as all statements made by the company. However, the legal entities will change the name at the company’s Annual General Meeting on April the 16th, 2020. The change will formally be proposed by the Board of Directors first and then legally implemented.

With a mere mention of Evolution, both players and casino operators immediately know who we are talking about, so the change won’t hurt their trustworthy reputation in the slightest. The provider has already changed its logo a bit. It still has the distinguishable leaf-like shape, but it now displays more prowess and strength in its design. Everything about Evolution is now synonymous with what the brand is trying to accomplish, and that is to cement its position as the global number one live casino software provider.
